Assembly rooms: The Assembly Rooms have been at the heart of the city’s social life since the 18th century. The spectacular Ball Room is the largest Georgian interior in the city and accommodates up to 500 people comfortably. Linking the Ball Room to the elegant Tea Room is the Great Octagon, furnished with paintings by Gainsborough and Hoare.

Hilton Bath:The ground-floor Gloucester room has natural daylight,
air conditioning and a private bar for banqueting events for 5-50. Part of the County Suite, it can be used in conjunction with the Somerset Suite as a break-out room. Theatre style, it can host up to 100 delegates.The ground-floor Yale room has a private foyer, natural daylight, air conditioning, versatile lighting and high-speed
internet access. It is suitable for a wide range of meetings or private dinners for 6-60.The ground-floor County Suite boasts a private bar and removable dance floor and can be divided into 2 separate rooms. With floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, this suite has air conditioning and flexible lighting. It can accommodate 2-220, theatre style, and dinner dances for 130.

Combe Grove Manor: Exceptional facilities, restored to their original style with individual features such as open fireplaces and large Georgian bay windows, all 4 meeting rooms at Combe Grove Manor can be adapted for a variety of business gatherings.The largest meeting room located in the Garden Lodge has a separate entrance and reception area. Bath Spa Hotel: The admiralty Room has a fine, listed, panelled interior making it a stunning venue for board meetings and private dining. It has natural daylight and is entered from the colonnade. Holds up to 40 for meetings, lunches and dinners. 50 for a reception.Originally the private chapel to this fine house, the Avon, on the first floor, is decorated in Regency style, with a high vaulted ceiling and Venetian crystal chandeliers.It makes an impressive venue for conferences and larger private parties.It will accommodate 100 persons for a dinner dance, 140 for lunch or dinner, 100 for a classroom style meeting and 130 theatre style. The Grange Suite, on the first floor overlooking the gardens, is the most opulent of our smaller rooms and ideal for exclusive, confidential meetings or special occasions.
It comprises two principal rooms, with views over Sydney Gardens towards the City of Bath. The Grange Suite has private bathroom facilities, making it completely self-contained.Private Dinners for up to 30 guests. Meetings for up to 18 delegates. The Kennet Room can be used in conjunction with the Avon, which is adjacent to it, as a reception area, or quite separately as a venue for meetings or private dining. It features its own 'bookcase' bar and natural lighting. It has a capacity of 50 for lunch or dinner and 100 for a reception. A larger boardroom, on the ground floor overlooking the Alfresco Garden, the Lansdown features a mahogany table, abundant natural light and private bathroom facilities.
