Stunning Conference for London & Country

All the lighting and projection equipment for the twin screen set was flown from the ceiling giving a clean look to the room.

Using a Martin Sound  ground stacked line array delivering 105dB across the entire space gave flexibility to the audio technicians to deliver a superb sound for all the diverse aspects of the evening. This included the Managing Directors' presentation, a karaoke segment, awards ceremony, quiz night and disco to finish.

The lighting was designed to work well with each of these very different scenarios. This involved the use of LED battens across the set floor, with multiple static, moving and intelligent lights for all the presenters - sometimes as many as 10 on stage at a time. The awards segment meant the use of moving lights with multiple gobos to add excitement and interest.

The video and projection elements involved multiple switching between sources including DVD, Powerpoint, and camera feeds and ensuring all was delivered in a seamless way.

The client was delighted with the end result and has received a large amount of positive feedback from the attendees - the result we were all after!
