Status delivers Powerpoint and more for National Trust AGM
November 4th 2006: Status AV completed a week long pre-show Powerpoint development for the National Trust AGM, and then delivered a variety of services on the main show day. This included IT support and set up of networked graphics laptops, combined with cross network messaging capability in the main conference hall. Our Powerpoint technicians managed the delivery of all the graphics through the days presentations, including last minute changes.
We also setup projection on two screens in the main breakout room - the Gold Cup room - and our technicians managed the Powerpoint and graphics throughout the day, including working with the members on their presentations. In the Farmers Market on the balcony we provided 8 Panasonic plasma screens with a variety of DVD and laptop machines.
Our partners, USS of Cheltenham, built and setup the set, staging and lighting in the Gold Cup room and managed the lighting rig in the main conference room.
